REHACARE.de: What is your favorite place and why?
Silja Korn: My favorite place is home, since I feel safe and snug there.
REHACARE.de: Who or what impresses you?
Silja Korn: My sister, who raises six children.
REHACARE.de: What is your most valuable possession?
Silja Korn: My family.
REHACARE.de: What are you fed up with?
Silja Korn: With constant cutbacks in health care and the children-, education- and senior citizen sectors.
REHACARE.de: What makes you relax the most?
Silja Korn: When I paint or sit in the bathtub and listen to calming music.
REHACARE.de: What makes you happy?
Silja Korn: That I have enough to eat and drink, a roof over my head and the fact that I am being loved.

Silja Korn: Many old letters from pen pals, with whom I am not in touch anymore.

Silja Korn: Family, well being, being needed and painting.

Silja Korn: When our son was born 18 years ago.

Silja Korn: When you are content with what you have.

Silja Korn: Do not listen to others, just listen to yourself.
