Finally, it is October again and REHACARE International is calling the young and the young at heart to Germany. The reason why this year there will be a space station and why travellers will soon be able to eat Black Forest gateau accessibly is explained in the Topic of the Month October: REHACARE 2009.
The project “Black Forest Accessible” has been created to make the travel destination Black Forest in Germany more attractive for people with disabilities. At this year’s REHACARE visitors can inform themselves about it.

„Accessible Living for people with a learning disability“ is a lecture held in German at REHACARE 2009. Wolfgang Wessels of the research institute technology for the Disabled in Volmarstein talks with REHACARE.de about which barriers exist for learning disabled people in their environment and how “Easy Language” can help them.

Space. An infinite area. We write the year 2009. At this year’s REHACARE.de there will be a “space station”. Unbelievable? Just as unbelievable as radio for the Deaf. This is what the company Bertelsmann AG will present at their booth.
