Hans-Peter Birkelbach would like to be more than 120 years old. REHACARE.de talked to the pensioner about his passion for film and pictures, his dedication for handicapped people and that he likes to be a travelbus driver.

REHACARE.de: When did you last laugh heartily and what about?
Hans-Peter Birkelbach: Today, about an offer that was twice as high as the most favourable vendor.

REHACARE.de: What is your favourite place? And why?
Hans-Peter Birkelbach: At home because it’s very comfortable here.

REHACARE.de: The last meal in my life would be…
Hans-Peter Birkelbach: It’s a pity that you never know when it is your last meal. But I would like to have the pasta bake that my wife cooks so yummy.

REHACARE.de: Which person has influenced you most?
Hans-Peter Birkelbach: My wife.

REHACARE.de: Is there something you should throw away, but won’t?
Hans-Peter Birkelbach: My journeyman’s piece, a sideboard. I made it in 1961 but it does not look good anymore with our other furniture.

REHACARE.de: If you were to win one million in the lottery, what would you do with the money?
Hans-Peter Birkelbach: I apportion the money with our eight children.

REHACARE.de: Which moment of your life would you like to relive?
Hans-Peter Birkelbach: Every single moment because then I could be 134 years old.
