Name: Alexandra Nolden
Age: 40
City: Munich/Germany
Occupation: Independent health education nurse with "HEP-mobile" in the four areas: personal assistant, lecturer for the subject 'practice' of nursing health education, facilitation and photography of all kinds local for people with disabilities in collaboration with my photographer
Handicap: Weakness for people
Alexandra Nolden is a versatile mobile health education nurse: photography, personal assistance or moderation are the areas with which she assists people with disabilities. What she is afraid of and what she would like to accomplish more, she tells us on REHACARE.de.
REHACARE.de: When did you last laugh heartily and what about?
Alexandra Nolden: Recently I went with my friend who sits in a wheelchair for shopping and we parked on the marked handicapped parking space, when in front of us a car turned (woman and child) to a designated place. I politely said that she had probably forgotten to place her certificate of disability, hoping to rouse her that one should not stand on this parking lot as a non-disabled person. She looked at me and said she would love that I put myself out for the rights of others, but there would be a sign for mother-child parking. Then we laughed heartily.
REHACARE.de: What is your favourite place? And why?
Alexandra Nolden: Two by two in the big wide world on the road or in remote areas because it's a great counterpart to my busy social life that I love so much.
REHACARE.de: The last meal in my life would be…
Alexandra Nolden: ... Viennese schnitzel with fried potatoes and cranberries. I was in Cambodia in 2008 and got sick and I could not keep any food with me, so I have been dreaming every night about this schnitzel.
REHACARE.de: Which person has influenced you most?
Alexandra Nolden: The two people who have given life to me: my parents.
REHACARE.de: Is there something you should throw away, but won’t?
Alexandra Nolden: Counter-question: Is there something that you should NOT throw away, but have done it already? I say yes!
REHACARE.de: If you were to win one million in the lottery, what would you do with the money?
Alexandra Nolden: I would build a multi-generation house.
REHACARE.de: Which moment of your life would you like to relive?
Alexandra Nolden: As I stood at the foot of Cotopaxi in Ecuador in about 5000 metre altitude, I had tears in my eyes. This endless expanse was breathtaking, an indescribable moment.

REHACARE.de: How can you relax the best?
Alexandra Nolden: During a delicious meal with friends.
REHACARE.de: I enjoy listening to music by…
Alexandra Nolden: ...Haindling (instrumental).
REHACARE.de: Which questions would you like answered the most?
Alexandra Nolden: What do others think? What do they put their focus on? Do they live or only work?
REHACARE.de: What are you most afraid of?
Alexandra Nolden: Until now, only of flying, but soon I will be on a flight seminar.
