Some 800 exhibitors from over 25 countries are expected to fill 70,000 square metres of exhibition space across Halls 3 to 8 of the Düsseldorf Trade fair Center with rehabilitation technology products and services as well as new aids for rehabilitation and care. Newcomers to REHACare in Düsseldorf are 15 Japanese exhibitors as part of a joint presentation. Other country presentations in the offing will hail from Taiwan, the USA, Denmark, Italy and France.

Many of the REHACare information offerings will be grouped in thematic parks to arouse the interest of trade visitors, people with special needs or those requiring care and their families, as well as to showcase target group-oriented solutions.

In Hall 4, for example, alongside the “Barrier-free planning, building, living” presentation and a special presentation devoted to disabled children will be the Care Competence Center, showcasing the latest developments in the field of care. At REHACare, attention will be focused on aids for the blind and visually impaired, who will be well catered for with the comprehensive range on show in Hall 5. Hall 6 has been dedicated entirely to mobility: The Travel Center here will provide information on the myriad options available in disabled-friendly travel. What’s more, the “Pro Mobil Center” will feature exhibitors from the automobile industry, including suppliers and remodellers presenting vehicles and accoutrements specially designed for the disabled.

REHACare’s central discussion and information platform, the Café Forum, will also make its home in Hall 6, while Hall 7 will be synonymous with Sport for the disabled. Also on offer is a broad palette of REHACare congresses, workshops and seminars.
