Hotel FIT

The Hotel FIT is located quietly in the countryside nearCologneoffside of stress and hecticness. Six in 26 comfort rooms are suitable for guests in wheelchairs. FIT literally means Freizeit Integration Tagung (leisure, occupational inegration, convention). The hotel provides seven light-flooded meeting rooms with modern conference equipment due to its stunning view and sourrended nature. The FIT invites to leisure activities and conventions which are the hotel’s valid offers – Integration is its ideal goal. Besides, the hotel comes with adequate indoor and outdoor facilities for events and conventions, splendid banquets, brilliant balls and live concerts during summer.

The idea of the hotel is to provide jobs accessible to hanidcapped individuals as well as creating environments suitable to disabled guests. The hotel gives impetus to this driving principal – literally and figurately barrier-free, an experience which can be embraced by all: the pleasant feeling of being welcomed as a guest as well as a person.

The hotel is owned by the Lebenshilfe Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis (www.lebenshilfe-rbk.de) and is also a founding menber of the EMBRACE Hotel Association, a collaboration of professionally-run hotels.
