Armon Pura

The Armon Pura is an arm support, especially designed for those who only have limited strength in their arms and hands, or for those that can only use their muscular strength for a limited time. This can be the result of a spinal cord injury, RSI /CANS, cerebral infarction, or one of the many muscular diseases.

The Armon Pura compensates the full weight of the arm by a spring compensation system. The user decides how much support he/she wants when using the Armon Pura. The degree of compensation is simple, fast and steplessly adjustable.

The Armon Pura follows the natural movement of the user, this allows the arm to move easily in all directions.

The Armon Pura arm support distinguishes itself from similar products because, unlike many other product, the user decides the control. The user makes the movement and not the device.

What does the Armon Pura have to offer?

The Armon Pura is also often used during work situations to prevent or alleviate physical complaints, such as RSI/CANS. The Armon Pura consist of a balance mechanism and weight compensation system. The arms are continually supported and the load of the shoulders, the neck and the back is substantially less.

Movements are supple, take little strength and little energy. The Armon Pura arm support is increasingly used in certain professional groups to avoid breakdowns.

The compensation significantly decrease the symptoms allowing workers to work again without RSI/CANS complaints.

Protos® Special Wheelchair Control System

Special Wheelchair Control System

Protos is a special wheelchair control system for individuals handicapped by muscular weakness, who are having difficulties to use an ordinary wheelchair control. The system impresses with ease of use through minimum effort, approved by third party certification. Many wheelchair manufactures have accredited Protos as an accessory.

Protos has been developed with 20 years of expertise and is deployable in many wheelchairs with varying controls. When replacing your wheelchair, you can keep your Protos system by simply re-programming it. This eliminates expensive acquisitions when changing or re-using a wheelchair.

The applicable pressure needed for controlling the wheelchair is adjusted to the user's abilities via calibration. Furthermore Protos is waterproof and can be used for a wide range of applications.

Protos is compatible with the innovative environmental control unit Rollix. Rollix enables control of infrared devices, radio receivers and varying Bluetooth mobiles in addition to all wheelchair functions.

und einem Tragegurt optimal für mobile Nutzer
geeignet. Selbstverständlich kann das Gerät auch
am Rollstuhl montiert werden. Die Benutzung der
Home-Taste kann mit einem komfortablen Schieber
gesperrt werden, um das versehentliche Schließen
der Kommunikationssoftware zu vermeiden.

Das 9,7“ Multi-Touch Display reagiert auf leichteste
Berührung und kann daher auch von Anwendern mit
wenig Muskelkraft genutzt werden.

SeeTech® PRO

New Generation

SeeTech® PRO is equipped with quick-access control buttons: for example, to instantly bring up the camera window in order to position the user correctly. Some of them can be programmed to individual needs: to calibrate the device or to start programs like the on-screen keyboard.

LEDs below the monitor allow constant assessment of the camera detection. An external emergency call connection or the use of an external switch are possible and the device is equipped with W-LAN.

An optional additional battery pack provides extra operating time if needed.

An easy-to learn communication software allows users to interact with their environments in many ways. When the software is operated with eye control, gazing at icons on the screen will cause a mouse click. Various actions can be triggered in this way, for example:

Care providers operate the communication software via SeeTech®'s touch-sensitive screen.

Die Funktionsweise ist ganz einfach: BlueScan ermöglicht mit der VoiceOver Technologie von Apple® den Zugriff per Scanning auf alle Anwendungen des Gerätes, die VoiceOver unterstützen. Das wichtigste Beispiel ist sicherlich die Bildschirmtastatur, mit deren Hilfe E-Mails oder SMS versendet werden können.

Wer bisher auf eines der angesagten Apple® Geräte verzichten musste, weil ihm die Bedienung nicht möglich war, ist dank BlueScan ab sofort dazu in der Lage. Und kommt in den Genuss von Anwendungen, die für andere Menschen selbstverständlich sind: das Navigieren zu Apps, Musik hören, im Internet surfen, telefonieren, fotografieren oder Videos ansehen.

Nicht immer ist es möglich, eine konventionelle Maus oder Tastatur zu bedienen. Es gibt jedoch Lösungen, die die Nutzung eines herkömmlichen Computers ermöglichen; speziell auf unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse angepasste Mausersatzgeräte, Tastaturen und Software realisieren dies. Verschiedene Arten von Tastaturen, z.B. für Personen mit stark gestörter Motorik und mangelnder Treffsicherheit der Tastenfunktion (Spastiker, Athetotiker, Kopfschreiber oder Fußschreiber), sowie Personen mit Sehbehinderungen, können helfen, motorische Defizite auszugleichen. Mit Hilfe von Spracherkennungssoftware können Texte verfasst und sogar Computer per Sprache bedient werden. Spezielle Schulsoftware ermöglicht Kindern die Teilnahme am Unterricht. Maussimulationen ermöglichen die Bedienung mit einem einfachen Taster. In diesem Bereich finden Sie eine Auswahl an speziellen Lösungen - vom besonders robusten Trackballbis zum stabilen Joystick.

Rollix® Environmental Control

Rollix enables control of infrared devices, wireless receivers and varying Bluetooth mobiles in addition to all wheelchair functions. The system enables the user to use the telephone, operate the TV, listen to music, open and close doors and windows or switch on lights. Rollix allows more independence and autonomy. The user friendly system may be programmed as needed. Due to excellent contrasts the display is very easy to read. The environmental control is compatible with many standard systems.

Auch schwerstbehinderte Personen, wollen (oder müssen!) ihren Rollstuhl selbst fahren und bedienen. Dazu muß ein Standard Rollstuhl auf das persönliche Behinderungsprofil abgestimmt werden. Nach ausführlicher Erprobung mit und durch den Patienten adaptiert Humanelektronik die jeweils am besten geeignete Lösung.

OMi-Beam

OMi-Reflex

Interactive Wall Projection: a system that projects dynamic images which respond to users movements in space and display a live image of the player within the game

The omiReflex system is powered by EyeClick™, driven by omiVista and creates sensational visual effects with the projection of dynamic images onto vertical surfaces including walls, whiteboards and projector screens.

With all the same features as the horizontal projector system, omiVista, the omiReflex system has a an additional benefit - using two cameras, one to track gesture movements while the other captures live images, it projects users onto the screen and enables them to see themselves interacting.

Timocco is an interactive motion game designed to motivate children to engage in physical and cognitive activities in a fun and exciting way.
